Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d)

Roemer Capital is an independent Investment Boutique with a focus on M&A transactions and strategic consulting. We accompany entrepreneurs, investors, and companies throughout the entire deal lifecycle with high execution quality, entrepreneurial approach, and a strong network in the Mid- and Large-Cap segment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior M&A Manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for deals and the development of our investor platform.

Tasks

• Leadership of Buy-Side- and Sell-Side-M&A transactions in the technology sector (Hardware/Software)
• Control of the entire deal process until closing
• Development and implementation of deal strategies with the partner team
• Building and maintaining investor, PE, and buyer networks
• Conducting valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring
• Management of due diligence processes
• Leadership and development of analysts and associates
• Collaboration with entrepreneurs and C-level decision-makers

Qualification

• Completed degree in economics, finance, accounting, or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Proven deal experience on Buy- and/or Sell-Side
• Existing network to investors, PE funds, or strategic buyers
• First leadership experience in a team environment (analysts/associates)
• Very good knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-responsibility, and drive
• Very good German and English skills
