Senior M&A Manager | Buy & Build

A new Buy-&-Build platform in the professional services market is currently being established together with a leading private equity investor. enomyc forms the foundation of this growth strategy as the first platform company. In the coming years, the group is to grow sustainably through targeted acquisitions and the integration of further companies. For the further development of this platform, we are looking for a Senior M&A Manager (m/f/d) who will independently manage the entire M&A process and actively drive the Buy-&-Build strategy together with the investment team.

Your Tasks​

• Independent implementation of the Buy-&-Build strategy in close cooperation with management and investors​

• Identification, analysis, and approach of suitable acquisition targets​

• Management of the entire transaction process – from initial contact through due diligence to signing and closing​

• Coordination and management of all relevant workstreams (Financial, Legal, Tax, Commercial, and M&A)​

• Preparation and execution of management meetings as well as negotiations with entrepreneurs, shareholders, and advisors​

• Preparation of company valuations, business cases, financial models, and investment memos​

• Negotiation of LOIs, share purchase agreements, and other transaction documents together with internal and external stakeholders​

• Support of post-merger integration as well as continuous further development of the Buy-&-Build strategy​

• Prospective assumption of further responsibility in the development of the M&A department

Your Profile​

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification​

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance​

• Experience in the independent execution of complex M&A transactions​

• Very good knowledge of financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence​

• Experience in managing various transaction workstreams and in dealing with internal and external advisors​

• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work​

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor at management level​

• Fluent German and English language skills​

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region​

Ideally, you also have experience in a Buy-&-Build platform or in the professional services sector. However, this is not a mandatory requirement.
