Senior M&A Analyst

Leap29 is currently seeking an experienced Senior M&A Analyst to join a growing team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, and will have the opportunity to play a key role in strategic transactions across Brazil, Mexico and the wider LATAM region. Key Responsibilities: Lead M&A activities, including analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. Strong financial modelling skills to support deal analysis and decision-making. Support professional services firms, private equity funds, and corporate clients with their M&A needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues. Provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the highest level of service delivery. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A transactions. Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is required.
