Senior Low Code Engineer Microsoft Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Senior Low Code Engineer to join a team implementing modern solutions for business process automation using low-code platforms. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and RPA technologies, supporting clients in increasing operational efficiency and digital transformation. Scope of Responsibilities * Design and development of low-code solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop). * Independent execution of end-to-end projects related to business process automation and RPA solutions. * Cooperation with architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and business clients. * Creation and implementation of robots automating processes using Power Automate Desktop. * Configuration and optimization of workflows and integration of solutions with enterprise systems. * Participation in component, integration, and UAT tests. * Customization of ready-made industry solutions to specific client needs. * Analysis and resolution of problems related to the platform's operation and automation. * Conducting code reviews and ensuring solutions comply with best practices and quality standards. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform. * Higher education (IT or related fields). * Very good knowledge of: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA). * Possession of Microsoft Power Platform certifications, e.g.: PL-500, PL-200, PL-400. * Knowledge of other low-code or RPA platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems) will be an additional asset. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. * Knowledge of best practices for designing, integrating, and optimizing low-code solutions. * Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems related to process automation.
