Position Summary SHEIN LP is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent losses in various areas such as inventory management, supply chain optimization, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Include: • Conducting thorough investigations into loss incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. • Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce losses and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for reducing losses and improving overall business performance. • Providing training and guidance to team members on best practices for loss prevention and risk management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Risk Management. • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on loss prevention and risk management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
