Do you enjoy working in logistics and taking the lead? Then we are looking for you as a senior logistics employee in Zwolle.

You will work on the floor and help ensure that our operation runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You will also support colleagues and replace the Logistics Team Leader where necessary.

Where will you work?

You will work at our new depot. At DPD, operations run 24/7. That is why you will work in a fixed schedule with afternoon and night shifts:

• 01:00 - 09:30 hrs (night/morning)

• 13:30 - 22:00 hrs (afternoon/evening)

The night shifts are usually from Tuesday to Saturday morning. The afternoon shifts are mainly from Monday to Friday. Working hours may sometimes deviate slightly due to operational busyness.

What will you do?

As a senior logistics employee, you combine operational tasks with a coordinating role. You will be visibly present on the work floor, monitor process progress, and support the Team Leader Operations in the daily management of the team.

• Loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages.

• Guiding and supporting colleagues.

• Monitoring progress, quality, and safety.

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

• Being the point of contact during the shift.

• Supporting or replacing the Team Leader Operations.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,501.82 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 FTE) hours per week.

• A favorable ORT (irregularity allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 hrs and 24:00 hrs;

  • 45% between 00:00 hrs and 06:00 hrs;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;
