Senior Logistics Employee Joure

Do you enjoy working in logistics and taking the lead? Then we are looking for you. You will actively participate on the work floor, guide colleagues, and ensure that our operation runs safely and efficiently.

Where will you work?

You will work at our depot in Joure. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that thousands of packages are processed on time every day. You will work in a fixed schedule with rotating shifts:

• afternoon shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM;

• night shift: 2:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

You are willing to work both shifts according to a predetermined schedule.

What will you do?

As a senior logistics employee, you will guide colleagues on the work floor and support the Teamleader Operations in the daily operation.

• Loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages.

• Monitoring progress, quality, and safety.

• Supporting and guiding colleagues.

• Identifying bottlenecks and helping to resolve them.

• Being the point of contact during the shift.

• Supporting or replacing the Teamleader Operations.

• Contributing ideas for process improvements.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between €2,501.82 and €3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A full-time position (1 FTE) of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable irregular hours allowance (ORT)

  • 30% between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM;

  • 45% between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;

What do you bring?

• MBO (vocational education) work and thinking level.

• Experience in logistics, production, or operations.

• Experience in guiding colleagues is a plus.

• Knowledge of Excel.

• You communicate easily and take initiative.

• You maintain an overview and have an eye for both people and processes.
