As a Senior Logistics Employee, you will work on the floor yourself. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that packages are processed on time and safely. In addition, you help colleagues, maintain an overview, and support the Teamleader Operations.

Where will you be working?

You will work in a busy and dynamic logistics environment. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that thousands of packages reach their correct destination every day. Depending on the location, you will work in rotating shifts, such as morning, afternoon, evening, or night shifts.

What will you be doing?

  • Loading and unloading packages.

  • Sorting and scanning shipments.

  • Guiding colleagues and helping them with questions.

  • Onboarding new colleagues.

  • Monitoring the progress of work.

  • Paying attention to quality and safety.

  • Contributing ideas for process improvements.

What do we offer you?

  • Salary up to € 3,574,- gross per month.

  • Overtime allowance (ORT) up to 100%:

    • 30% evening

    • 45% night

    • 50% weekend

    • 100% public holidays
