Senior Load and Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in Backend | REST API Automation | Java | DevOps tools . You will be part of a dynamic engineering team in Pune, working on building robust, scalable, and high-quality cloud and web products. This is a hybrid role based in Pune. Experience Level: 7-10 years (Overall experience can be more) Key Responsibilities: Own and execute test plans for complex systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs; Develop and maintain automated tests using Java-based frameworks like TestNG or JUnit; Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features; Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to performance, scalability, and reliability; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing; Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of testing processes.
