The firm operates nationally and offers full-time remote flexibility to lawyers based anywhere in New Zealand, with some travel for team events.
Their clients include professionals such as lawyers, engineers, valuers, and healthcare practitioners. The work involves litigation before the District and High Courts, specialist tribunals, and includes participation in mediations, inquiries, and Royal Commissions.

About the Work
- Manage a caseload focused on professional indemnity, general liability, and disciplinary defence
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
- Engage in strategy development and trial preparation
- Handle regulatory and reputational risk matters
- Work closely with partners while maintaining autonomy over files
- Fully remote structure with travel for court or client meetings
- Access to high-value litigation work
- Supportive and down-to-earth team environment
- Regular collaboration with experienced litigators and partners
- Pathway for career development and potential future leadership
- Minimum five years PQE in civil or commercial litigation
- Confidence with court appearances and strong oral advocacy

- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a national team
