Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Legal Manager to lead our legal verification team and drive the growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate legal verification of property titles. • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to streamline legal verification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal verification into our platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Provide expert legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, and customer success teams. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in property due diligence, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent from a recognized institution. • Minimum 8 years of experience in legal verification, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector. • Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations related to property due diligence. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English and Tamil (written and spoken).
