For our Legal Team in Munich, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to independently manage diverse legal topics, actively shape contracts, and provide legal support for the further development of our German Octopus Energy companies. Your future tasks: You will work closely with the Head of Legal DE in providing legal support for the various business units.
You will draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts, especially in the area of energy and distribution partnerships.
You will develop and optimize your own General Terms and Conditions (AGB) as well as legally sound contract templates.
You will advise internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues.
You will support the establishment and further development of legal structures within the German Octopus Energy companies.
Your background: A degree in Business Law (LL.M.) or the 1st or 2nd State Examination.
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in German and European private commercial law (e.g., BGB, HGB).
Experience in the energy industry is an advantage.
T-shaped: Broad expertise in multiple legal areas is an advantage.
You possess a high degree of personal responsibility and drive your tasks forward independently.
You are characterized by excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You have very good German and English language skills. Further European foreign languages are an advantage.
You are a problem solver and think outside the box.
