Senior Legal Counsel (Marine & Offshore)

Our client, a well-established multinational organization, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support legal and compliance matters across the Asia Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders while providing practical legal advice in a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. Work closely with regional corporate function teams to provide commercially focused legal guidance on various projects and initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide expert advice on complex legal matters, including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the marine and offshore sector. Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures. Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
