Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team in our Data Center. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business units, including data center operations, equipment procurement, and network and facility operations. Responsibilities: * Provide legal counsel and support to the Data Center on all matters related to equipment procurement, transport logistics, datacenter design and construction, equipment management, and network and facility operations; * Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; * Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's overall strategy; * Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues; * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements; * Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters; * Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide recommendations for updates to our policies and procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree preferred; * At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in the technology industry; * Strong understanding of data center operations, equipment procurement, transport logistics, datacenter design and construction, equipment management, and network and facility operations; * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Fluency in English; other languages an asset.
