Senior Legal Counsel - Contracts, Compliance & Strategy

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned legal professional to ensure the legal integrity of contracts and compliance with regulations in Singapore. You will play a vital role in driving strategic outcomes through effective negotiations and legal guidance. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house. Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills are a must, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Singaporean laws and regulations, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
