Senior Legal Analyst
Job description
We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Legal Analyst to join our dynamic legal team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an important member of our organization.
Main activities:
Prepare and review general contracts, follow up on judicial processes conducted by third-party law firms; prepare and analyze corporate documents and Susep documents; attend internal company demands from the parent company and regional offices related to legal matters involving Coface Brazil (Insurance and Services); extrajudicial notifications; provide assistance to internal and external audits; interface with internal areas, follow permanent changes in legislation for civil, labor, tax, commercial, corporate, regulatory, etc. areas, analyze, review, and translate contractual clauses defined by the Matrix for the policy clause, among other activities related to the department.
