Senior Leasing Executive (2 Years Contract)

Job Summary As part of the Retail Leasing department at SingPost Centre (SPC), you will be responsible for formulating and executing data-driven retail leasing strategies that maximize asset value while building strong tenant relationships. You will leverage retail metrics and market data to identify emerging trends, optimize space allocation, and secure high-performing tenancies. By engaging tenants in regular, performance-based discussions, you will gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, needs, and pain points. This insight will enable you to develop tailored leasing solutions that drive value for both SingPost Centre and its tenants. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and market trends, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams, such as Property Management, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to retail leasing. Your exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and analytical mindset will be essential in building strong relationships with tenants, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue for SingPost Centre.
