To strengthen our team in the area of Training Management, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) immediately, who will inspire our clients with didactic know-how and innovative spirit.

What awaits you

• You conduct analyses of training and performance needs and derive concrete learning solutions.

• You develop creative and effective training concepts – digital, blended, or traditional. You will use modern tools such as Articulate, SAP Enable Now, WhatFix, and LMS/LXP systems.

• Depending on your experience, you will lead international teams of various sizes and coordinate external partners.

• You will take responsibility for work results and ensure quality.

• You will support change processes that help us cover all relevant trends and remain an attractive employer in the future.

What we are looking for

• Ideally, you are a consultant in the SAP environment and know SAP projects from your own experience.

• At least four years of professional experience in training management or learning consulting, as well as experience in the conception and implementation of digital and traditional training formats.

• A completed relevant degree, for example in the fields of educational planning, instructional design, business education, psychology, business administration, or comparable.

• Very good presentation and moderation skills in German and English.

• Confident use of modern training and collaboration tools.

• You listen well and can empathize with different target groups.

• You possess strong flexibility, empathy, and above all, a sense of responsibility.

• You are also willing to travel extensively.

• Additional qualifications in systemic consulting, coaching, and change management are a plus.
