Senior / Lead Ramp Process Engineer (PVD)

Process Engineer Looking for a motivated and hands‑on Process engineer to support the setup and ramp of our next‑generation semiconductor manufacturing line. In this role, you’ll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive smooth technology transfer from pathfinding and ramp to pilot production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to pilot production line will be critical to a successful and efficient fab ramp‑up. Responsibilities Review and train on existing R&D processes and procedures; develop and implement process documentation for new manufacturing lines; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues; provide technical guidance and support to production teams; contribute to the development of process improvements and innovations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in semiconductor manufacturing; strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; experience with process control systems and data analysis tools; certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
