You're the central instance that ensures our deals are well-structured from the start. You report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer and work closely with our Chief Operating Officer to ensure that our projects not only win but also grow operationally healthy and profitable.

You're the architect behind our offers. You translate complex customer requirements into robust business cases and ensure that our delivery teams can start on a solid foundation. Your focus lies equally on exciting new business pitches and the strategic development of our existing customers.

Tasks

Your Responsibility

• Deal Architecture & Strategy: You lead discovery phases, clarify the scope, and develop solution approaches that connect technological innovation (e.g., AI use cases) with economic sense.
• Existing Customer Development: You support account teams in improving deals with existing customers. You identify optimization potential in scope and ensure clean recalculation and extensions.
• Commercial Design: You develop the suitable pricing logic (time & material, value-based, or fixed-price packages) and ensure long-term our margins and the quality of results.
