Job Description As Senior Lead, Compensation & Benefits, you will play a critical role in shaping zooplus’ global reward strategy. You’ll design forward-looking approaches to compensation and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across Europe. This is a senior specialist role with high visibility, where you’ll partner closely with business leaders, the executive team, and People &Culture colleagues to ensure our reward framework drives both employee engagement and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with zooplus’ overall business objectives; • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to design and deliver effective total rewards programs for various job families and levels; • Conducting market research and benchmarking studies to ensure our reward framework remains competitive; • Providing expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to senior leaders, managers, and employees; • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes through effective reward practices.
