Join our dynamic team at Gherdan & Asociații SCA, a leading law firm with over a decade of experience in sports law, litigation, and arbitration. We are seeking a passionate Senior Lawyer to be part of our Cluj-Napoca office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with precision.
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks effectively.
- Oversee complex legal transactions.
Requirements:
- Member of the Romanian Bar Association with 2-6 years of post-exam experience.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating commercial and employment agreements.
- Experience in international and local sports law and arbitration.
- Strong understanding of Romanian Civil and Commercial Law.
- Excellent grasp of Romanian Civil Procedure Law.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
