Senior Laboratory Technician, R&D Bioanalytics

Job description
Your Mission :
In this role you perform laboratory activities to support innovative research and development projects in the fields of oncology. You will contribute to bioanalytical activities to support various preclinical and innovation projects.
Your Responsibilities :
- You develop and qualify bioanalytical methods for quantifying small and large molecules, metabolites, and other molecules of interest extracted from biological matrices by immunoassay and mass spectrometry.
- You perform with a high level of autonomy studies and phases of bioanalysis in the context of research and development projects for small chemical molecules and biomolecules.
- You generate, transform, and deliver data on time, emphasizing quality and traceability.
- You use and maintain laboratory instruments (routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments and laboratory equipment).
- You participate in the laboratory's quality management system (reviewing and rewriting SOPs and OIs, maintaining data traceability).
- You participate in laboratory responsibilities (equipment responsible, receipt and registration of samples, inventory management of chemicals/solvents/biological matrices).
- You collaborate with other associates and scientists to facilitate knowledge exchange.
Requirements
Your Profile :
- Degree in laboratory technician or chemist with a strong background in biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field, with good experience in mass spectrometry and/or immunoassay.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in analytical chemistry for the quantification and characterization of small and/or biomolecules.
- Theoretical and practical experience in handling biological matrices.
- A proven track record of techniques and instruments used in quantitative bioanalysis, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, and immunoassays.
- Experience in DMPK in vitro and/or bioanalysis of biological products/peptides/ADCs.
- Sensitivity to regulatory guidelines (validation and qualification of bioanalytical methods and analysis of study samples).
- Practical knowledge of common computer software as well as specific data acquisition and control software for analytical instruments.
- A open-minded individual with an excellent team spirit.
- Mastery of French with a good level of English (B2).
