Senior Labor Relations Professional EMEA (m/f/d)

Tasks As Senior Labor Relations Professional EMEA (m/f/d), you will be responsible for: * Providing expert advice and support to HR and business partners on all aspects of labor relations, including collective bargaining agreements, employment law, and employee relations. * Leading and managing labor relations activities across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. * Negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, including interpreting and applying contract language. * Representing the company in discussions with unions and other employee representatives. * Investigating and resolving employee grievances and complaints. * Developing and implementing labor relations strategies and policies. * Conducting training for HR and business partners on labor relations topics. * Monitoring and analyzing labor relations trends and developments. * Collaborating with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure alignment of labor relations practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in labor relations, with a focus on EMEA. * Deep understanding of employment law and labor relations practices in the EMEA region. * Experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
