Our Market Management Active department is looking forward to you as a

Senior Credit Analyst SME and Cooperatives (m/f/d) in full-time

• You analyze and evaluate the economic conditions of our customers, create ratings and process credit requests in close cooperation with our sales department.
• You create decision recommendations for simple and complex credit requests.
• You act as a sparring partner for junior colleagues and guide them effectively to results.
• You enjoy developing credit processes and the department.
• You support internal and external audits of the credit department.

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification (e.g., banking apprenticeship, further training).
• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and processing commercial credit exposures of small and medium-sized enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for lending (MaRisk, KWG, CRR).
• Ability to reduce credit proposals to the essential and decision-relevant information.
• Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and communication competence.
• Ideally, user knowledge of the IT solution agree21 from the cooperative financial network.
