• You have several years of professional experience in concept development, ideally in a creative, communication, or marketing agency.
• You work in a structured manner and can distill complex topics clearly and concisely.
• You consistently think from the end goal and develop well-founded strategic derivations that lead to creative ideas and strong concepts.
• You are a team player and seek creative exchange with other disciplines.
• You love storytelling and convince with excellent linguistic flair and textual confidence.
• You use AI and other tools purposefully and responsibly, keeping an eye on new developments.
• You have a strong understanding of B2B and corporate communication, cross-channel mechanics, target groups, and channels.
