Senior Concept Developer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Concept Developer (w/m/d) at our Munich or Berlin location to support our Creative Team. The role is initially limited to 18 months.

Requirements

What does the role involve?

• Development of social-first concepts, content ideas, and creative campaigns – from briefing and initial thoughts to elaborated ideas
• Development of strong copy, headlines, and storytelling approaches in German and English
• Concept development and creation of channel-specific, innovative content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, development of creative ideas for various clients and industries – from Premium Beauty & Cosmetics to Finance
• Creation and presentation of creative concepts and ideas for our clients
• Editorial revision and quality assurance of concepts, ideas, content, and copy
• Close collaboration in multidisciplinary teams with Account, Social Media, Strategy, Research & Insights, Design, and Paid Media
• Communication and creative coordination with clients and external partners
• Collaboration with our Content Production as well as creative support and supervision of shoots and filming
• Monitoring of social trends, platforms, and cultural movements and translation into relevant ideas for our clients

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concept development and creation, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on social media or digital communication
• A strong understanding of how ideas work on social media – from always-on content to larger campaigns
• Passion for ideation, storytelling, language, and strong creative concepts
• A good feel for social media, pop culture, trends, and current cultural movements
• Enjoyment in further developing ideas and finding creative solutions together as a team
• Confidence in presenting and defending one's own ideas and concepts internally as well as to clients
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Structured, independent, and at the same time collaborative way of working
• Commitment, creativity, and hands-on mentality
