Shape the future of AI at tempLED with us

tempLED develops, produces, and assembles intelligent LED lighting solutions for industry, trade, and logistics. As a medium-sized technology company, we want to take the next step and consistently integrate Artificial Intelligence into our products, services, and internal processes.

For this, we are not looking for a classic IT position.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will build tempLED's AI activities together with our management, develop concrete applications, and quickly put new ideas into practice.

Your Responsibilities

Together with the departments, you will identify the greatest potential for the use of AI and implement concrete solutions from it. This includes in particular:

· Building a long-term and practice-oriented AI strategy for tempLED

· Analysis, development, and implementation of AI-supported process automations

· Integration of LLMs and intelligent assistance systems into existing workflows

· Conception of new AI functions and digital services around our products

· Selection and integration of suitable AI tools, platforms, APIs, and technologies

· Development of prototypes and their transfer into productively usable solutions

· Close collaboration with management and department heads on the prioritization and implementation of new AI initiatives

What You Bring

What is crucial for us is not a perfect resume, but that you understand technology and can develop functioning solutions from it.

Ideally, you bring:

• several years of experience in software development, AI, automation, or a comparable technical environment

• practical experience with modern AI technologies and LLMs

• experience with APIs, data processing, automation platforms, and the integration of different systems

• a good understanding of modern software architectures and digital processes

• the ability to independently develop prototypes and solutions

• experience in translating technical possibilities into concrete economic applications

• analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong hands-on mentality

• structured, independent, and reliable work style as well as enjoyment in collaborating with many interfaces

• experience from the automotive, software, development, or technology industry is of particular interest to us.
