Senior AI Consultant Microsoft AI and Copilot: Implementation & Enablement (m/f/d)

You work in a corporation with Copilot, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 and have realized how much is possible. You don't just want to write concepts, but actually build solutions. And you want to teach others to use them themselves.

Welcome to Blümlein AI & Automation. We are the AI Sherpa® for the German Mittelstand and guide companies from their first use cases to their own AI operating system. Our focus is the Microsoft environment: Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. We are a small team, work directly with management, and make decisions quickly.

Your Role: Build and Enable, both in one person

Build: Technical Implementation in the Microsoft Environment

• Concept and implementation of automations with Power Automate

• Development of productive Copilot use cases and internal assistants with Copilot Studio

• Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 components

• Knowledge management solutions, email triage, and workflow automation

• Structuring of AI governance in the M365 environment

• Documentation and standardization of your solutions

• Taking over deep dives: You guide clients through requirements and keep things on track.

Enable: You own our enablement area

• You prepare, conduct, and follow up on our AI Scout meetings, workshops, and trainings.

• You coordinate dates with customers and design them to be practical.

• You further expand our Academy with new courses and videos.

• You translate technology into understandable language, also for executives.

What you bring

• High seniority. You have implemented AI and automation projects yourself and can become productive quickly.

• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and strong communication

• Confident presence with customers, in workshops, and with executives

• Technical process understanding and a structured, self-reliant way of working

• Willingness to travel: about 3-4 days per month for customer appointments and workshops. We of course cover train and hotel costs.

Nice to have: Consulting experience, workshop moderation, knowledge of M365 governance
