Senior Key Account Manager (w/m/d) you are the strategic and operational sparring partner for our largest and most important customers. You know the classic consulting business inside out – and that's why you know: The best strategy brings nothing if it's not brought to the street.

At us, you don't leave the project after the final presentation. You use your deep expertise in transformation and cost efficiency programs to implement the change at our key accounts not only conceptually but also measurably and sustainably with the Valuedesk platform. You build lasting relationships, take real ownership, and finally see the long-term success of your work.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Großkundenbetreuung: You take over the comprehensive responsibility for selected enterprise customers. You dive deep into their business models and identify proactive optimization opportunities that create real value.
• Leitung von Implementierungsprojekten: No more paper tigers. You orchestrate complex change and transformation programs. You combine your methodical consulting expertise with our software, ensuring that the Valuedesk platform seamlessly covers business requirements. Often you work at eye level with external consultants of the customers.
• Stakeholder Management auf Top-Level: You act sovereignly on C-level. You are not just a service provider but build as a Trusted Advisor lasting, long-term partnerships.
• Value-Driven Business Development: You recognize strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities because you understand the problems of your customers. You significantly contribute to pitches and proposal development for complex enterprise deals.

Qualifikation

• Dein Background: You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in a renowned management consulting, strategy consulting or in-house consulting role.
• Deine Expertise: You have a strong track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, restructuring or margin/cost efficiency programs.
• Dein Kundenfokus: Navigation through complex matrix organizations and strategic development of enterprise customers on top management level are your daily bread.
• Deine Fähigkeiten: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence paired with an unwavering willingness to implement. You don't just think things through, but also bring them to life.
• Deine Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein souveränes, empathisches Auftreten, das auch in kritischen Projektphasen für Vertrauen sorgt.
