About Your Tasks:

• Strategic Customer Consulting: You manage a portfolio of existing key accounts, analyze their marketing and business goals, and develop strategic recommendations for the use of our retail media solutions.
• Collaboration with Campaign Management: You serve as an interface between customer and our campaign management - together you review and refine briefings, goals, and plans to achieve the best results for all parties involved.
• E-Commerce Performance Observation: You keep a close eye on your customers' overall performance - beyond individual campaigns - and lead to optimization and development potential.
• Account Growth & Upselling: You identify opportunities for further developing your accounts, initiate new measures, and accompany your customers long-term and in a partnership-like manner.
• Market Impulses & Feedback Integration: You bring insights from the customer field actively into our internal product development and help to continuously improve our retail media portfolio.
