For our client, an innovative, fast-growing timber construction company specializing in digital planning, prefabricated 2D timber frame elements, and 3D room modules – operating as an interregional general contractor for project developers, public and private clients, and investors – we are exclusively seeking a Senior Estimator (m/f/d) in the field of turnkey building construction for the earliest possible start date. Your Responsibilities

• Estimation & Offer Preparation: Independent preparation and coordination of calculations and offers – involving internal and external experts from initial project assessment to completion

• Digital Estimation Processes: Active participation in shaping and further developing digital estimation processes and relevant interface areas

• Contract Management: Support for the team in contract management and involvement in contractual negotiations between client and contractor

• Price Inquiries: Obtaining and evaluating price inquiries from planning and project partners

• Optimization Proposals: Development of special proposals and technical alternatives for optimizing costs, energy efficiency, and sustainability

Your Profile

• Educational Qualification: Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture – alternatively, further training as a Construction Technician or Master Craftsman with relevant estimation experience

• Work Experience: Several years of practical experience in estimating turnkey building construction projects – you know what a well-founded cost estimate means

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of building construction and a strong sense of cost and numbers

• Leadership Competence: Ability to technically lead and coordinate a planning team during the estimation process

• System Competence: Good user knowledge of estimation software – ideally RIB iTWO

• Work Style: Structured, self-reliant, and with an eye for the essential, even in complex projects
