You are experienced in calculating complex regional construction projects and ready to take the next step in your career? Your tasks: Independent calculation of construction projects in the area of high-rise construction and turnkey construction (SF-construction). Evaluation and review of tender documents as well as preparation of performance schedules. Development of optimized solutions for cost reduction and process optimization. Analysis and evaluation of construction costs and preparation of cost reports. Coordination with architects, engineers and other stakeholders. Development of strategies for cost reduction and process optimization. Preparation of presentations and reports for management and clients. Your profile: University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field. Several years of experience in construction calculation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with construction calculation software.
