Senior JavaScript Developer CRM/xRM (w/m/d)

You want to develop software that not only works, but really changes something? At our company, you'll work with JavaScript (JDito) on a highly flexible CRM/xRM solution that is in use at companies across Germany. You'll develop features that are used daily – and shape a product that doesn't know any templates, but adapts to the needs of our customers. In our xRM team, you'll work agilely, independently, and always with a view beyond the horizon. Supported by Product Owner and Scrum Master, you'll turn your ideas directly into the product and actively contribute to the further development of our xRM. Short decision-making paths, open communication, and a modern tech stack (JavaScript, JDito, MariaDB, REST) ensure that you can focus on what matters: shaping the future together.

Tasks

Your tasks in detail:

• You turn the functional requirements of our Product Owner into clear, executable technical concepts.
• You take over customizing with our ADITO-owned development environment and our programming language based on JavaScript.
• You ensure the quality and comprehensibility through testing and documentation.
• You develop interfaces to other systems (e.g. Active Directory) or provide APIs for integration (e.g. ERP).
• You bring relevant data to the frontend with SQL (MariaDB).
• You conduct code reviews and ensure that our coding guidelines and performance standards are met.
• You take responsibility in the team, work closely with other developers and the Product Owner together.
• You stand by your experience and support other developers in complex challenges, ensuring continuous progress.

Qualification

Your profile:

• Experience in software development (at least 3 years after graduation/study)
• Degree or study in the field of IT/informatics
• You are experienced in working with JavaScript and SQL, ideally MariaDB, and willing to work with JDito, our own language based on JavaScript.
• You know your way around web services and interface programming (REST) and have an understanding of scalability and performance.
• You enjoy working independently, taking the initiative, bringing things forward, and supporting your team.
• You have a high sense of quality – this includes writing clean code, thorough testing, and comprehensible documentation.
• You appreciate direct collaboration on campus in Geisenhausen and are willing to be present 2-3 days per week.
• You communicate fluently in German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills (at least B1 level).
