For a long-term project at our client in Zurich (remote share only possible within Switzerland), we are looking for a Senior Java/Angular Developer (m/f/d) - Payment Transactions.

Your tasks

• Independently implement features and stories in the Scrum team

• Understand, analyze, and concretize business requirements in collaboration with the business departments

• Technically conceptualize, analyze, and design banking-specific requirements

• Develop backend components with Java and Spring as well as frontend components with Angular according to specifications and guidelines

• Take responsibility for the quality and deadlines of the deliverables to be developed

• Participate in the implementation of requirements and projects related to SWIFT and EBICS in payment transactions

• Independently perform 2nd level support and incident management for the applications



Must-have requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Java and Spring as well as Angular, ideally in the banking environment

• Very good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Experience with agile development methodologies and the independent implementation of features and stories in a Scrum team

• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements together with the business departments, as well as to technically conceptualize, analyze, and design banking-specific requirements

• Willingness to take responsibility for the quality and deadlines of the deliverables to be developed

• Ability to develop backend components with Java and Spring as well as frontend components with Angular according to specifications and guidelines

• Experience in the independent execution of second-level support and incident management

• Ability to support and further develop payment transaction applications with EBICS, SWIFT, and MBCLT, and to contribute to corresponding SWIFT and EBICS projects

• Open personality with a quick grasp of concepts

• Fluent German and English spoken and written
