(Senior) Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

As a (Senior) Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d), you will develop high-performance applications, from the backend with Java, Java EE, and Spring to the frontend with React and JSF (PrimeFaces). You will contribute your expertise in software architecture, database design and optimization, as well as software quality assurance.

Your Tasks

• Development and further development of backend components based on Java/Java EE and Spring, including the use of Hibernate

• Implementation of modern user interfaces with React and JSF (PrimeFaces) as well as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and XML

• Conception and implementation of SOAP and REST web services for connecting business systems

• Design, conception, and optimization of Oracle databases, including performance tuning and development with SQL and PL/SQL

• Management of source code with GIT and automation of build and deployment processes with Jenkins and Maven

• Operation and configuration of applications on JBoss Web Server, Oracle Application Server, and Apache Tomcat

• Use and connection of Elastic Search for search and analysis functionality

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US

• At least 5 years of practical experience in Java, Java EE, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and XML

• Sound knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience in the development of SOAP and REST web services

• Practical experience with Spring, Hibernate, React, and JSF (PrimeFaces)

• Confident use of Eclipse IDE or IntelliJ as well as SQL Developer or PL/SQL Developer

• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, and Maven

• Knowledge of working with JBoss Web Server, Oracle Application Server, and Apache Tomcat

• Experience with Elastic Search

• Know-how in Oracle database design and database conception, as well as in database optimization and performance tuning

• Very good German language skills at C1 level and English at conversational level

• Willingness for regular on-site appointments with a remote share of approximately 80%
