Senior Java Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) Azure and Databricks

We are looking for reinforcement for the planning and implementation of modern software architectures in our customer projects. In this position, you will take on technical responsibility, support our backend developers, and purposefully introduce new technologies into project work.

Tasks

• You plan and design scalable software architectures.
• You implement the designed architectures and solutions built upon them with Databricks in customer projects.
• You take on technical responsibility for our backend developers and support them as a mentor and idea generator.
• You establish quality guidelines and ensure data quality, performance, and stability.
• You examine current technologies and trends and assess how they can be used in our projects.

Qualification

• You have completed studies in a STEM field or business informatics, or possess a comparable qualification, and have three to five years of project experience with modern software architectures.
• You work confidently with Java, Spring Boot, and Terraform and are familiar with common architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns.
• You have database knowledge in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, as well as practical experience with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Hetzner.
• You work independently and creatively, are team-oriented, and present yourself confidently.
• You have very good German skills and fluent English and wish to continuously develop yourself professionally and technically.
