Job description

8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java. Solid understanding of concurrent and multithreaded programming. Experience in a building financial/trading systems is a big plus. Experience in building distributed systems. Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools. Proficiency in Java 8 or higher. Knowledge of design patterns and principles. Understanding of software development life cycles. Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Experience working on large-scale projects.
