Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with 4-7 years of industry experience to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. Your expertise in Java development, along with your strong problem-solving and leadership skills, will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the overall growth of our organization.

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop scalable, robust, and efficient software modules using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Design and optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries and ensure efficient database performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and project deliverables.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and support integration and system testing efforts to ensure the reliability and stability of the software applications.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of JAVA backend development, with expertise in backend technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, Spring-Boot)
• Strong programming experience in Java and Spring framework.
• Good to have 1+ year of experience in the technologies: Kafka, Cassandra/ElasticSearch is required.
• Extensive experience in Java development, including proficiency in core Java, J2EE, and Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
