Job description
Scope of responsibilities Designing and developing solutions based on microservice architecture Creating and developing REST API Designing complex backend systems Making architectural and technological decisions Supporting the team in solving technical problems Ensuring code quality and applying best practices (clean code, design patterns) Collaboration in Agile methodology (Scrum) using Atlassian tools Requirements Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Java Developer in an Agile (Scrum) environment Very good knowledge of Java (11+) and the Java ecosystem Practical experience with microservice architecture Experience in creating REST API Ability to design complex systems Knowledge of design patterns Work with databases: relational and non-relational Experience with Jira, Confluence (Atlassian) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to have Experience with Kafka or other queuing systems Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular) Knowledge in the DevOps area Experience with Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of integration patterns Experience in the financial or insurance industry
