Backend platform development project for a client's banking application.

Implementation of a digital transformation strategy and deployment of innovative solutions for retail customers, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical support for less experienced programmers (mentoring within the team).
• Creating high-quality code.
• Designing and documenting technical solutions.
• Conducting unit tests.
• Collaboration with Business Analysts, IT Architects, and the business client.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in backend solution programming
• Java 11+
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot 3.5+
• Hazelcast / Redis
• JPA + Hibernate
• Microservices architecture
• Hexagonal architecture
• Knowledge of concepts and practical application of DDD
• Integration interfaces - SOAP, REST, Kafka
• Ability to use SQL and relational databases PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Ability to effectively use AI in the software development process
• Experience with software and integration design patterns
• Experience with patterns and mechanisms for ensuring service resilience in distributed systems
• Principles for creating SOLID, DRY, KISS, etc. software
• Ability to select and create different types of software tests
• Knowledge of tools and methods related to application performance diagnostics and optimization
• General knowledge of concepts and tools related to the deployment process - Maven, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes
• Higher education

• Experience in the banking sector
• Experience in designing new solutions using Enterprise tools
• Experience in code reviews (GIT, Gerrit, other) and code refactoring.
