About the team: By joining us, you will have the opportunity to work in a small team, operating based on the Scrum framework with a rhythm of 2-week sprints. The team includes analysts, developers, testers, and business specialists who develop the payment gateway and its components such as onboarding and reconciliation. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the e-Commerce area – technological solutions created within the Cash Management Value Stream. Responsibilities: * Designing and programming applications in new technologies (Java 17+); * Participating in the creation of distributed application architecture; * Creating new and developing existing software modules / microservices; * Maintaining existing microservices and programming modules in production according to SLA and Security requirements; * Participating in improvements and the use of AI in development; * Co-creating and maintaining technical documentation; * Collaborating with experienced programmers based on the SCRUM framework. Requirements: Technical Competencies: * min. 6 years of experience as a Java Developer; * min. 5 years of practical knowledge of microservice architecture; * Experience in creating unit and integration tests; * Very good knowledge of REST, knowledge of SOAP; * Practical knowledge of technologies: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Spring, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker, Maven, Gitlab, JUnit, CI/CD, MongoDB, Mongock, OpenShift; * Knowledge of static code analysis tools such as SAST, DAST, SonarQube, others with similar applications; * Practical knowledge of formats such as: XML, AVRO, JSON; * Practical knowledge of best practices such as: SOLID, CleanCode, TDD, DDD, Event-Driven-Architecture; * Practical knowledge of creating application observability and monitoring using tools such as: Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, others of similar application; * High code review culture; * Ability to estimate work; * Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB; * Knowledge of CI/CD; * Knowledge of system design. Nice to have: * Experience as a Frontend Developer (Angular); * Knowledge of creating documentation such as: architecture as code, UML, C4; * Practical knowledge of conducting event storming (including programming archetypes); * Practical knowledge of applying AI such as Copilot, Claude Code; * Experience with: MapStruct, TestContainers, Spring Modulith, FeignClient, Angular 21+.
