Senior Java Developer

Our offer:

For a major insurance client, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in back-end programming and front-end skills.

They will be involved in AM activities, development of small evolutions, and in a short time, will become the focal point of the reference work group.

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years of back-end development experience
• Front-end skills
• Excellent knowledge of Java 17
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of Struts, Javascript, Html, JSP
• Knowledge of Git
• 2/3 years of team leader experience

Desired Skills:

• Use and knowledge of AI systems (Claude)
• Knowledge of the insurance sector

The profile is completed by proactivity, big-picture vision, and leadership skills.

Work Location and Schedule:

The activity will be carried out in remote working.

Compensation & Benefits:

The economic offer will be evaluated based on seniority and demonstrated skills.

RAL (35,000 - 40,000) + 5 euros of meal vouchers per day.

Freelance collaborations are also considered.

Selection Process: The selection process includes an initial introductory/motivational discussion with the dedicated HR representative and a subsequent evaluation phase and presentation of technical/project-related topics.
