Senior Java Developer

Senior Java Developer (m/f) Warsaw / hybrid (1-3 days in the office preferred) B2B | full time | Long-term cooperation 130-150 PLN net/h About the project We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a team developing modern OTT and eCommerce products. You will work in a team of experienced Java Developers, together with Frontend Developers and QA, developing solutions using the Nexus Scrum methodology. Scope of responsibilities designing and developing applications in Java technology, implementing new functionalities and developing existing systems, participating in solution architecture design, conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality, providing technical support and consultations for other teams, creating technical documentation in Confluence, completing tasks using Jira, cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, and analysts. Requirements Java minimum 4 years of commercial experience in Java programming (versions 8-25), very good knowledge of multithreading issues, knowledge of immutability and design patterns. Frameworks Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring WebFlux, MyBatis, TestContainers. Databases and integration SQL and NoSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Apache Kafka, experience with ORM. Architecture microservices, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, SOA, SSO solutions (Okta, CAS, IAM). Testing JUnit, Mockito, Spock, experience in cooperation on performance tests (JMeter, K6). CI/CD and tools Git (Bitbucket, GitLab), Jenkins, GitLab CI / GitLab Pipelines, Jira, Confluence. Additional advantages will be knowledge of OWASP and application security principles, experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, MSK), knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, ability to create Bash or Python scripts, knowledge of DevOps practices, experience in creating technical documentation, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular, React or Vue.js. We are looking for a person who can analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions, is independent and responsible for the delivered solutions, cares about code quality and good programming practices, thrives in teamwork, communicates in English at a level that enables project cooperation.
