In the Platform Team, you work at the heart of our product development. Here, the technical basis for our ADITO CRM is created: You continuously develop the Runtime of our Rapid-Application-Platform - comparable to a low-code environment, but with real technical depth.

In our team, there's no project business and no customer customization, only sustainable product development with foresight.

Tasks

As Senior Java Backend Developer (m/w/d), you bring your experience into an agile, cross-functional team - with high self-responsibility and real influence.

• Development of robust, scalable, and modern Backend Components in Java - together in the Scrum Team
• Active shaping and further development of the Architecture of our Platform
• Implementation of the technical Runtime of our Rapid-Application-Platform
• Self-responsible testing of your components
• Tight cooperation with other teams like Frontend, Infrastructure and Cloud
• Transcendent thinking: You bring in ideas, question solutions, and actively shape
• Further development of the team: With your experience, you support and mentor less experienced team members

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in Backend Development with Java (Senior Level)
• Very good understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
• Clean, test-driven working method (e.g. JUnit, Mockito) and high quality awareness
• Experience with Container Technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Pleasure in working with Databases (e.g. MS SQL, MariaDB)
• You think solution-oriented, bring yourself actively into play, and want to shape - not just manage
• Good German language skills (at least B2) for smooth team communication
• Readiness to work 2-3 days a week in the office in Geisenhausen - for exchange, team feeling, and real dialogue
