Tasks

• Maintenance of Microsoft-based IT systems (servers, clients, cloud applications)
• Setup, administration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Installation, configuration, and care of hardware and software components
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• Support and consulting for our customers, particularly in the medical environment (e.g. doctor's practices)
• Independent creation of IT requirement definitions and IT concepts, as well as their implementation
• Documented optimization of IT processes
• Supporting the team with complex problems (Second/Third-Level-Support) and providing junior colleagues with technical guidance

Qualification

• Completed training as a system integrator or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in IT system maintenance
• Fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Windows Clients, Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) and network technologies (LAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPN, routing)
• Ideal experience with IT systems in doctor's practices or the medical environment
• Outstanding service and customer orientation
• High motivation, communication skills, stress tolerance, confident appearance, and team spirit
• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license class B
• Ausbildereignung desired
