(Senior) IT-Technician (m/w/d) in Berlin

Tasks

• Installations, configurations, support, and hardware.
• Troubleshooting in Personal Systems, Datacenter, and Networking environments.
• Analyzing and correcting HW- and SW-faults on non-office PCs.
• Proactive support and maintenance of individual devices (non-network-enabled), including patches and AV updates.
• Completing the IMAC/D request activity.
• Leading smaller technical teams.
• Updating documentation.

Qualification

• Completed IT training or retraining, e.g., as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), or IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d).
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Good hardware knowledge of common standard manufacturers.
• Good knowledge of at least 2 current operating systems in the SRV/Client or NW area.
• Knowledge in the Office area (installation and basic setup).
• Independent, structured work with error analysis and correction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking and basic English knowledge.
• Driver's license.
