Aufgaben

As a Senior IT-System Administrator you are responsible for the technical implementation and realization of our customer projects.

• You implement and operate complex IT infrastructures for our customers.
• In close coordination with project management, you take over the technical leadership in projects and set them up independently.
• You communicate directly with our customers during the project implementation and address any arising problems.
• In coordination with system operation, you make changes to customer infrastructure independently and document these.
• You document changes to customer environments yourself and ensure the sustained quality of IT solutions.
• You take a leading role in introducing and commissioning our ITaaS solutions.

You have modern tools like Microsoft 365, ticket-, RMM- and documentation systems at your disposal.

• You are an experienced IT specialist with passion for smart IT solutions.
• You take over responsibility in projects and find pragmatic solutions.
• Communication with customers is self-evident to you - you explain complex matters clearly.
• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills.
