You love it when IT projects are successful? As a Senior IT-Systemtechniker, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and realization of our customer projects. You will work closely with our team and our customers.

Aufgaben

As a Senior IT-System Administrator, you are responsible for the technical implementation and realization of our customer projects.

• You implement and operate complex IT infrastructures for our customers.
• In close coordination with project management, you take over the technical leadership in projects and set them up independently.
• You are the point of contact for our customers throughout all project phases – from requirements analysis to implementation and handover to operation.
• In coordination with system operations, you make changes to customer infrastructure independently and document these.
• You document changes to customer environments cleanly and ensure the long-term quality of IT solutions.
• You take a leading role in introducing and commissioning our ITaaS solutions.

You have modern tools like Microsoft 365, Autotask, IT-Glue, and many more at your disposal.

• You take over responsibility in projects and find pragmatic solutions.
• Communication with customers is second nature to you – you explain complex matters clearly.
• You have secure written and spoken German language skills as well as good English language skills.
