The Service Integration department is responsible for the technical development and implementation of solutions and products (services) at the platform and application level, as well as the integration of services into the respective operational units. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the entire order and project management.

Tasks

• Planning and provision of highly available IT systems under Windows in complex IT landscapes
• Technical conceptualization and practical implementation of exciting customer projects in the Managed Windows area
• Consulting our customers and in-house operational teams on best practices for Windows solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with Windows servers and applications in complex IT infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of Windows basic operation, Active Directory, and PowerShell
• Experience in operating Exchange, Citrix, and/or Microsoft SQL environments
• Good understanding of network and security concepts in connection with Windows systems
• High level of quality awareness, communication skills, teamwork, commitment, and willingness to learn
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
